Details Introduction

LM vertical roller mill is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving product perfectly combined with 30 years of mature vertical grinding technology, foreign successful experience and our company's technical innovation and upgrading. It has realized the localization of world-class vertical grinding. It adheres to advanced powder making technology and multi-function, adopts reasonable and reliable structural design, and coordinates with advanced technological process. Working Principle

After decelerating by the gear reducer which installed at upper main engine, main engine rotates center shaft, roller assembly hanging bracket and energy store equalizer group. Then roller assembly rotates and compresses grinding ring under centrifugal force. Material that scooped up the blade is grinded between roller and ring, and then the grinded powder is blown into analyzer by air blower for separation. After being classified by cage classifier, substandard material fall back for regrinding, and standard powder is blew into bypass cyclone collector.
